EduSurf AI’s software, UI, logos, brand assets, and content are our intellectual property. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, personal, and non-transferable license to use the service for educational purposes only.
You may not copy, distribute, resell, or create derivative works from our content, designs, question banks, or AI outputs without written permission.
You retain ownership of content you upload. By uploading, you grant us permission to process it to provide the service (e.g., summaries, explanations, analytics).
Important: AI-generated content can be imperfect. Always verify critical information with teachers or official sources.
Exam names and trademarks (JAMB, WAEC, NECO, etc.) are the property of their respective bodies. EduSurf AI is not affiliated with or endorsed by any exam body.
Subscriptions and credits are billed through Paystack, Apple, or Google. Refunds and renewals follow the rules shown in the app and the relevant store policies.
We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms. You can request account deletion in the app or by emailing us.
EduSurf AI is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including academic outcomes.
We may update these Terms. Updates will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date.
