Account Deletion

You can delete your EduSurf AI account at any time. Deleting your account removes your profile and study data.

Option 1: In-app deletion (fastest)

• Open the EduSurf AI app.
• Go to Profile → Settings → Delete account.
• Confirm the deletion. Your account will be deleted immediately.

Option 2: Email request

Email us from your registered address:

Please include your name, email, and user ID (if available).

Data deleted

• Profile information
• Study progress, mock results, and activity history
• Uploaded notes and scanned content
• Credits balance and usage records

Data retained

We may retain limited records required for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes (such as payment references). These records are stored securely and retained only as required by law.

Subscriptions

If you subscribed through Apple App Store or Google Play, you must cancel your subscription in that store to stop future billing.
